I really like one of your Annabelle Handbags, but I wish it had a different color ribbon. Is there anything you can do?

Yes, of course! Since all Annabelle Handbags are custom made to order, we can make some changes at your request. The possibilities are endless, so we can't post every color combination. We do our best to post a good representation and hope that there is something for everyone. If you would like to make a special request, just contact us and we will do our best to fulfill it.

Do you do in-home or in-office parties?

Yes! We are currently scheduling Design Your Own Annabelle events, but at this time it is confined to Seattle/Bellevue area (within a one hour drive of Seattle or Bellevue) and we will occasionally take Annabelle on the road to SW Washington. Are Annabelle Handbags machine washable?

The majority of our handbags are made from fabrics that are 100% cotton, but a few are poly or wool blends. We do not recommend machine washing your handbag, so we treat it for you with a high end upholstery protector that will repel oil and water based stains. We love this product! Should you get a spot or smudge on your handbag, spot clean with a damp cloth.

How soon will I receive my Annabelle Handbag?

You can expect your Annabelle Handbag to ship within 4 weeks of your order date. We do our best to get all of our orders shipped as soon as possible, so you may receive it sooner. If your Annabelle Handbag is for a special occasion, please notify us and we will do our best to accomodate you.

How will my order be shipped and what are the shipping charges?

Your Annabelle order will be shipped to you via USPS. You will be notified via email when your order has shipped so you will know when to expect it.

Shipping charges are as follows: $7 for one handbag, $8.50 for two, and $10 for three or more. Shipping to Canada is $20 for all orders. At this time we are not shipping Internationally.

What is the sales tax?

Sales tax is 8.4% and is only charged to Washington residents.

I want to order a handbag, but I live very close to your studio and would prefer to pick it up rather than pay for shipping. Is there a way to do that?

Yes! At the checkout, type the coupon code PICKUP in the coupon code box and you will not be charged shipping. In the order comments box, please leave us a message as to how you would like to be contacted when your bag is ready to be picked up.

I have been given a gift certificate. How do I redeem it ?

If you look at the front of the gift certificate, you will see a coupon code. When you go to the checkout, type your coupon code in the coupon code box and that will redeem your certificate.

I have a gift certificate with no coupon code. How do I redeem it ?

If you have a gift certificate that was issued prior to February 2006, it won't have a coupon code on it. Those were issued prior to the addition of our shopping cart. If you have a gift certificate to redeem, please email us and give us your name, the gift certificate number and amount, and we will email you right back with a coupon code so you can order your Annabelle.

I have a handbag with stiff handles that have become worn. Can they be replaced?

Stiff handles will wear out quicker than floppy handles. There is a plastic material inside the handle that makes it stiff. Over time, with general wear and tear and because of the oils in your hand, the plastic may wear through. We will replace handles on bags with stiff handles at no charge (other than nominal shipping if necessary) given the following conditions:

-it is within 6 months of purchase

-the bag is in wearable condition with no rips or tears or major stains

Annabelle Handbags are fabric bags and they will wear out over time. We want you to be happy with your bag and will fix the handles if they wore out quicker than should be expected, but we prefer not to take the time on bags that are completely worn out. Thanks for understanding!

Yes, your purchase information online is completely safe. Our checkout has built in safegaurds to protect you. To ensure your confidentiality, we use SSL technology (Secure Socket Layer) which encrypts your data and sends it to a server that is unobtainable by anyone outside of our transaction with you.
