Bags received back within 30 days of the original ship date are eligible for a full refund, minus original shipping charges.

 

Custom made DYOA handbag sales are final and are not eligible for return or exchange. These terms are agreed upon when you design and purchase your handbag.

 

Craftsmanship Guarantee: We pride ourselves on our high quality, but we are human. Occasionally there is a flaw in the fabric or closure that may be missed by our sometimes tired eyes. Please let us know immediately and we will make arrangements to replace your Annabelle as soon as possible.
